[FARNBOROUGH 2014] Boeing At Farnborough Air Show 2014

BRONX, NEW YORK | As the Farnborough Air Show raps up, we take a look at each aircraft Manufactured, and brake down their orders and air show announcements –
Today we take a look at Boeing, The US commercial and defense aircraft manufacture. Boeing started off the show with a bang, releasing a great rehearsal video of the Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner practicing for it air show debut and performance, sadly though, that the performance didn’t go exactly as plan as Boeing was force to cut out certain pieces out of its performance such as its famed Touch and Go as the heads of Farnborough ruled it unnecessary and although without one of its main show stopper, the Dreamliner was able to do its performance without any hiccup’s.
With that Boeing made a couple of big announcements to officially kick off its 40years of Farnborough Air Show and was able to win 201 new orders and commitments for its commercial and its defense airplanes valued at more than $40.2 billion at list prices, bringing the number of net orders for 2014 to 783.

  • The Chicago aircraft OEM shock up, the single aisle commercial jet category, when the manufacture announced a 200 seat version of the Boeing 737-800MAX, an idea made possible by addition of an extra emergency door in the middle of the airplane similar to what Boeing used with the 737-900ER. Boeing states that the new 200-seat 737 max 8 option will give airlines up to 11 more seats of revenue. This latest addition to Boeing’s comprehensive product and services line-up will deliver 20 percent fuel-consumption savings compared to today’s Next-Generation 737.
  • Boeing also announced new details about the interior of the 777X. The new model will build on the award-winning interior of today’s 777 and apply 787 Dreamliner cabin innovations: higher cabin humidity, windows more than 15 percent larger and a cabin that is 16 inches (40.6 cm) wider than the competition, allowing airlines a variety of economy class seat widths.
  • Boeing signed a memorandum of collaboration with Paramount Group to jointly develop defense and security opportunities in key international markets.
  • Boeing unveiled its new Maritime Surveillance Aircraft at Farnborough. The aircraft, based on a Bombardier Challenger 605 business jet, will provide customers with maritime and overland surveillance, anti-piracy, coastal security and search-and-rescue capabilities.

Production You Say?

We hear from our great friends over at Lexusenthusiasts that, the sexy, the beautiful, the gorgeous, the most beautiful gorgeous vehicle you will ever see in Blue or RED the Lexus LF-LC is heading for production and should be completed by the model year 2016. While no one is sure what is going to be under the hood, rumor are spreading that the LS 600H L and other LS engine will be under the hood since this vehicle will be an LS type Coupe. Hopeful it will be called LC (Luxury Coupe) and that it will keeps its gorgeous looks, because that is the only reason why its going into production is simple because the world fell in love with it.. The LF-LC was only meant to be a template for future Lexus vehicle such as the Just release IS and which was developed from the LF-CC which had elements of the LF-LC. I really do hope Lexus realized that they are working with a work of art and if they water it down too much this vehicle could be a waste of money.

I think Lexus has a winner here, and i also fell in love with the beauty of this vehicle from day one especially the spindle grille and the interior layout, i feel in love so much that i design so many Lexus cars from it; well in my head i think Lexus should explorer the the way the interior layout is the way it curve down at the bottom and then come up then have the top surface flat followed by a flat top where the 12.3′ navi screen is located at; the bottom flat could be well rapped with beautiful leather along and the front flat top with the navi screen could be wood or a splash of wood with leather or metal just like how the LF LC dashboard is at the moment. An other thing i think Lexus should make standard is the LF LC side mirrors because that’s a design that you wont find on any other vehicle along with the interior dash layout, but its something Lexus has to do before Hyundai gets there hands on it as they copy Lexus AUDI BMW and Mercedes Benz stealing there design placing it on there vehicle calling it original.

I honestly wish i was apart of Lexus design team; i wouldn’t change the design of vehicles i would just ask Lexus to focus on Luxury design and then with the F SPORT AND F Performance they work to make that luxury design more mean looking… I say this because luxury design captures everyone eyes no matter how deep their pocket is and then you will have the F SPORT to capture those who wants a mean looking vehicle and then you have the F both mean looking and full off luxury inside and out this is for people who wants it all.

The reason why i wish to work for Lexus is because i have so many ways to make there vehicle safer and better; from Lexi (Lexus Voice Commander; that i created) to the flushed door handles and the new amazing rear seat entertainment; many many more great ideas such as the new advanced Remote touch controller; Lexus come find me)

Today British Airways untapped its brand new freshly painted jet, A jet nicknamed the Super Jumbo, the Airbus SAS A380. This aircraft is looking mighty beautiful in its British Airways coat. The routes BA planed to operated its first set of A380s with are Los Angeles International Airport (KLAX) and Hong Kong.

I think its beautiful but of course i have to know what you (my readers) think of BA livery on this mighty beast; Leave your comment below!

Toyota iROAD (VIDEO)

Something that could change the world; the Toyota iROAD; A 3-Wheeler Front-Wheel-Drive (FWD) that doesn’t send no power to the rear wheels. The Electric Vehicle measuring 33.5 inches wide, 56.9 inches in height and 92.5 inches in length. This vehicle is not only innovative its a game changer that can change the world especially in large cities and third world countries(not a term i like to used or hear) in cities like NY one of the worlds most busiest cities, this vehicle can ease traffic and for third world countries people can use this electric vehicle to get around due to the cost and expensive operation. I can also she this replacing the electric scooters and replace delivery vehicles i honestly think Toyota has a win-win on its hand right here it this vehicle is place into operation; something i here would be very likely!
